Free Pregnancy Tests

Yes. Every service at Whittier Pregnancy Center is free, including pregnancy tests, ultrasound referrals, options counseling, and material assistance. We are a nonprofit supported by our community, so you will never be charged or asked for insurance.
Yes. Your visit and anything you share with us are kept confidential.
Stop by during walk-in hours or request an appointment online. We offer free self-administered pregnancy tests using a urine sample. They detect hCG, the pregnancy hormone.
We provide ultrasound referrals rather than performing ultrasounds on site. An early ultrasound can confirm that a pregnancy is in the uterus, estimate how far along you are, and help rule out an ectopic pregnancy. Our team will help connect you with a provider.
Options counseling is a free, private conversation with a caring advocate about your pregnancy. We share factual information on parenting, adoption, and abortion. We answer your questions and support you as you think through your decision, with no pressure.
No. We do not offer, recommend, or refer for abortions, abortifacients, or contraceptives. We are committed to offering accurate information about related risks and procedures.
We offer practical help for you and your baby, such as baby clothes, diapers, and other essentials. We can also connect you with support groups and community resources.
Yes. Fathers and partners are welcome to come with you to appointments or reach out on their own. An unplanned pregnancy affects them too, and we can provide resources and support.
No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Other limited hours are available on request. You can also request an appointment online or call (562) 693-8803.
